MY PERSONAL TEST REPORT:

Because my skin is quite oily, a compact powder is always part of my "basic equipment" in my beauty case when I'm on the go. But I also always have the so-called oil blotting papers with me because I've simply found that it makes much more sense to first remove excess sebum and oil from the skin before powdering again.

For some time now, I have been using the relatively new Makeup Touch-Up Blotting Film, the mattifying sheets from WONDERSTRIPES, to optimally mattify my skin on the go and to make my skin look clean, clear and natural again.

The fine sheets come in a practical pocket format. With their small size of just 55mm x 85mm, they are large enough to perfectly mattify individual areas of skin, but also small enough to fit in any pocket.

Each sheet has an extremely soft and supple texture that has nothing in common with the wipes you buy at the drugstore, which are more like greaseproof paper. Due to their fine texture, the sheets fit perfectly on the skin and can absorb all the excess oil just by placing them on the skin and pressing. The result is immediately visible. The skin is perfectly mattified and its pores appear finer immediately. The delicate apricot-colored sheets do their job more than reliably.

After mattifying with the Makeup Touch-Up Blotting Film, you can apply powder again, but it is not a must. What I have found, however, is that if you then gently powder your complexion again, the finish with the powder is much more beautiful. And the mattifying effect lasts much longer.

I really like using the Makeup Touch-Up Blotting Film, especially on long days when you might not be able to touch up your makeup properly. The fine sheets make mattifying quick and easy and don't damage your makeup. It's important to always dab, never rub. One thing is clear: I won't leave the house without these blotting papers.
