Droopy eyelids, what exactly are they?
Droopy eyelids occur when the movable eyelid is partially or not visible at all when the eye is open. With our anti-droopy eyelid tapes, you can beautify your eyes in a natural way and make droopy eyelids disappear, without expensive and painful eyelid surgery!

Which WONDERSTRIPES size is suitable for which eyelids?
Since every eye is different, it is not possible to give a general recommendation as to where exactly the patch should be placed. It is also difficult to say which size (S, M or L) is most suitable. A basic rule is:

Size S
small, round eyes with little drooping eyelids

Size M
medium, round to oval eyes
with pronounced drooping eyelids

Size L
large, oval eyes
with slight to severe drooping eyelids

How do I apply WONDERSTRIPES?
With a little practice, the stripes can be placed quickly and easily. If you have difficulties at first, keep testing patiently.

Important: The eyelid must be degreased and dry beforehand! It is best to dab the eyelid with a little oil-free (!) skin toner and a cotton swab or pad.
The refreshing WONDERSTRIPES tonic made from moisturising cucumber extract and D-panthenol is ideal.
The tonic has a firming and toning effect after facial cleansing and is ideal for gently preparing and following up on the sensitive eye area for WONDERSTRIPES application.

Carefully remove the stripes from the foil using tweezers or your fingernail. The easiest way to do this is to slowly slide your nail under a corner. As soon as this corner is stuck to the nail, the stripes can be easily removed.

Look straight into the mirror, tilt your head slightly back and close your eyes. The eyelid crease is best visible in this position. Depending on your eyes and skin texture, pull the eyelid upwards slightly, carefully place the stripe in the eyelid crease and press it down again gently with two fingers.

Are WONDERSTRIPES reusable?
No, WONDERSTRIPES Stripes can only be used once.

How long do the stripes last?
WONDERSTRIPES last all day and if necessary all night ;-)

Can I cover the stripes with makeup?
Yes, WONDERSTRIPES can be covered with eye shadow. Important: dab the eye shadow onto the eyelid and do not rub it in.

Can you feel the stripes on your eyelid?
No, WONDERSTRIPES are comfortable to wear. You cannot feel them on your eyelid.

Can WONDERSTRIPES also be used on sensitive eyes?
Yes, WONDERSTRIPES are skin-friendly, have been dermatologically tested in a renowned institute and can be used safely even on sensitive eyes. However, if allergic reactions occur, we advise against further use.

Can you see WONDERSTRIPES on the eyes?
The stripes are made of skin-friendly, transparent PE (polyethylene), are stuck into the eyelid crease and are invisible when used correctly. A real beauty secret!

Do you have to wash your face after use?
No, you do not need to wash your face. You can simply massage the excess serum onto your face and neck.

Is the mask reusable?
The mask is for single use.

What effect does the mask have?
The mask really plumps up the skin. The skin is optimally moisturized and smoothed, wrinkles are filled and the complexion appears radiant.

How do I use the mask?
First, clean and dry your face thoroughly. Then remove the protective film on both sides (the blue and white film!) and place the mask on your face. Leave on for about 20-30 minutes and then remove. Spread the excess serum well on your face and neck and remove any residue if necessary. You can then continue with your make-up routine.

Can I use the mask if I have sensitive skin?
With the highest possible quality standards and in compliance with GMP guidelines, plant-based and biotechnological raw materials were used in the recipe for this product. The mask is suitable for all skin types.
Free from silicone oils, mineral oils, paraffins and parabens.

What active ingredients does the eyelash growth serum contain?
The main active ingredient in the eyelash serum is a prostaglandin molecule that directly promotes the growth of your eyelashes and eyebrows. It stimulates the hair follicles and encourages your natural growth potential. Peptides strengthen the hair structure, delay hair loss and anchor the hair. Hyaluronic acid and provitamin B 5 (panthenol) provide the hair follicles with moisture, soothe the skin and support the regeneration of hair.

When will I see the first successes?
The eyelash serum has been proven to strengthen and lengthen eyelashes and eyebrows. The high-quality active ingredient complex stimulates growth in the hair root and the hair is better anchored. The eyelashes and eyebrows are noticeably longer, darker, fuller and stronger after around 8-10 weeks of daily use. How quickly the first results appear varies from person to person and depends on the consistency of application, age and other factors. However, most users see a noticeable improvement after around 6-8 weeks of daily use. After around 10-12 weeks you will then reach your maximum eyelash length. After that, the eyelash serum must continue to be applied daily, otherwise you will revert back to the starting point.

How well tolerated is the eyelash serum?
The eyelash serum is dermatologically tested and is characterized by its excellent tolerability. Irritation is the exception and can occur if some of the product gets directly into the eye. If something gets into the eye, we recommend rinsing it immediately with water. If reactions occur despite correct application, we ask you to temporarily stop using the product or consult a doctor.

How long does a serum last?
A serum lasts about 4-5 months depending on the application (eyelashes only or eyelashes and eyebrows).

No, unfortunately not, as Deutsche Post does not deliver registered mail to Packstations.
